Draft. Reddish-mahogany beer with a dark cream head. Sour and dark fruit aroma. Sour and malt flavor with acetic notes and dark fruit. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with dark fruit and light caramel.

From a 500 ml bottle, corked and caged, dated 2018 but purchased at the brewery in 2022. Pours a clear brown with a small ecru head. Aromas of raisins and oak. Flavors are tart cherries and sweet raisins, nicely balanced.
