Can, huge thanks Fil! 96, NINETY SIX yeast strains. Bit oxidized, tart, nutty taste, creamy. Similar taste, dry, creamy, nutty, roasty, oxidized, vaguely tart, but still somehow okay, with a good bitterness in the finish. Likely solid before, but feeling some age.
