Small whitish rim over veiled amber-red beer. Lactic acid, sour cherry, old portwine, soured red wine, red preserved fruit. Very complex, intricate aromas. Quite harsh acids, lactic and fruitacids, old wine and sherry-like flavours, "flor". Preserved red fruit again, and in the very finish tobacco and tonka beans. Slick, oily feel, film-like, and light lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning. Even more complex than what I recall from the base Dirty Horse beer. Quite remarkable brew, give it any time!
