Vintage 2018, lot# 20240037 - bottled 12/06/2024 + 10 years.

330mL bottle, pours a clear burgundy, tiny head. Nose is full of red wine barrels, plenty of mildly tart cherries, and gentle tannins. Flavour is not too acetic, with plenty of red wine expression that melds with the cherries pretty well. The whole thing is not that intense though, drinking surprisingly easily as did the non-cherry version. Very nice.

330 ml bottle. Pours a deep orange/mahogany color with no head. Aromas of soft vinous oak, balsamic vinegar, tart berries, and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with berries tart and green. Sharp. Very good.

Clear red with a tart cherry aroma. Funky flavour, with cherry and tart citrus and some floral notes too. Far too drinkable and refreshing for 7%.

Taste comprises hay bale, barnyard bite, cherry skins, acidic bite, tangy berry fruits, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with a balanced acidic throat scrape. Decent.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Dan. Pours unclear matte copper-ruby with a slight, creamy topping. Light sweet flavour with notes of vinegar, subtle tart berries, mellow acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Finishes with more mellow tangy berries, soft acidity, acetic twang. Pretty relaxed, drinkable gear.
