500 ml bottle from Tavour. Nose is sweet honey, tart apples, and hints of bubblegum. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Flavor is moderately sweet with a hint of tartness. Flavor is sweet honey, slightly tart apples, and a possibly imaginary hint of cinnamon.

11% abv cider? Yes please! Uhhhh, where's the abv though, tastes like white apple juice, the fancy stuff. Easiest 11abv ever, somewhere on the back where you'd expect booze is cinnamon and granny apple notes. Either that or I've dranken too much.

Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle
Ordinary cider flavors, not too bad, a bit boozy though, semi-dry. Clean, but not exciting.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out super dry apples with a light farmhouse bent. Flavour is bone dry, with but very complex, with red apples, some light residual sweetness, and lots of alcohol. Finishes somewhat sweet and very boozy. Despite the harshness, I found this enjoyable.

Bottle from a grocery store. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sweet floral apple nose. Bitter green apple, alcohol, flowers, some light sweet honey. More green apples, light tannins. OK. Pretty drinkable despite the big ABV. Not very sweet which might surprise some.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of slightly sweet apples with a hint of honey. Med body or nearly. It’s tart, heading for dry, then goes astringent. Honey on my lips I think. How anyone could think this was sweet? Dry and tart it is. Floral? eh!
