Tap at the northern Ontario beerfest 2017. Hazy amber pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is quite bretty, pungent, earthy barrel, and some soft vinous notes, with light vinegar. Soft mouth feel, very low carb. Finish is lightly bitter, light spice, light herbs, more earthy barrel, and light bretty funk.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is tart ripe fruits, lots of wood, vanilla, mild citrus, dry oak barrel, soft vinous notes. Flavour is tart and mildly sweet. Body is medium. Nice barrel Saison.

Draft @ Beer Temple. Hazy yellow golden color. Whitish head with lacing. Aroma’s: sourish with some sweetness. Retronasal it’s light sweet, light funky, light sour, a bit wood. Flavor is light sweet & sour. Medium bodied. A bit funky finish.

8 3 8 4 17Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of oaky wine barrel, vinous, grapes, light yeast and light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter with just a touch of sourness. Medium bodied with a lovely soft texture and soft carbonation.
