Thin body, watery. No carbo. High sourness, mix aceto and lacto, good balance. Little else in taste. Medium funk, which nevertheless feels rather clean and blends well with the med-light palo santo presence. Hints of citrusy, lime, spicy. Gbng

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of THP (Cheerios), a touch of woody oak, and green melon. Flavour is quite acetonic, with oak, overripe green melon, and celery. There’s something off here—not just the acetone. Not good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours hazy blonde. Bugs, cheerios, gentle acidity on the nose. Flavour has musty oak, some bugs, fermented fruit skins, cheerios, and a fair amount of acidity. A bit too acidic and pretty muddled; needs work.
