At Fine Balance we are inspired by innovation in beer. In particular, the original, hazy, IPAs that started in Vermont then spread throughout New England, and beyond, play an essential role in our approach to beer. These modern IPAs carried a balanced bitterness, with flavours and aromas of citrus and pine courtesy of a health dry-hop in addition to hot-side hops.
Longing’s End Vermont IPA was brewed with nugget and crystal hops from Vermont’s @champlainvalleyhops, and dry-hopped with citra, mosaic, and simcoe. It has moderate bitterness with notes of citrus, grapefruit, and pine. At 8% ABV, it’s thirst quenching and extremely easy drinking.
