It isn't quitting time yet for all of you Timekeepers. We mixed up a mad batter for BBA 5 PM, an Imperial Stout aged for 3 years in Rittenhouse Rye barrels and conditioned on cacao nibs, toasted almonds, toasted coconut, and vanilla beans.

500mL bottle, pours jet black, almost no head. Nose has plenty of almonds, some cocoa, huge bourbon barrels, and a touch of coconut — yeah, that’s nice. Flavour is rich, with intense almonds, coconut, and bourbon barrels, and dark sugars. Not too sweet at all, with a wonderful barrel espresso and great use of the almonds and coconuts. Wonderful.
