Smaker: Mer syrlig eplesaft her og den florale honningen er mer i bakkant. Noe oksiderte toner mot sherry i ettersmaken, men kler den godt.

Superficial tasting at Kristiansand matfestival 2025. Unclear deep golden body under a small white head. Aroma has concentrated apple at the first sniff, and then the honey appears with a light acidity. The taste follows the same way, starting with apple similar to an ice cider, quite sweet, then smooth honey and mild acidity. Nice and kinda balanced. Believe this would be nice as a dessert with accompanying hard cheese.
