Tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is slightly spicy with hints of lemon zest and some nice white pepper. Lively carb and mouth feel. Low bitterness, zest, spicy finish.

On tap at Folly, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, cereal grains, and straw. Flavour is quite dry, with lots of rustic saison yeast, dry wheat and a hint of oats. Light wildness from the brett. Nice stuff.

Very light saison. Almost tastes like a lager, but has a pretty good body for the lightness . Nice light beer. Folly Toronto

(On tap @ Folly, Jan 14 2016) Pours nearly clear straw gold with a small white ring and lace. Aroma is actually fairly sour-tart with lemon and vinous notes. Some pit fruit. Yeasty, slight bread, mineral. Flavour is light, crisp, a little lemon and orange. A bit of apple. Grain building in the finish, gets a little bit rustic. Still pretty lean, bit of bitterness. Light to medium body, light carb. Decent and readily drinkable but just ok, it doesn’t particularly pop though it is probably not far off style.

Easy to drink but not a lot going on here. Pours pale golden without much head. Light crisp finish with a sweet note. Tap at brewpub.
