Draft at the brewpub, Sawyer. Deep opaque brown-black body, thin beige head. Big, dense, but not syrupy palate of chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and sweet, tart raspberry, slick and full-bodied. Same in the nose, quite roasty with coffee and tart, sweet raspberries. Very good beer.
