On tap as B.O.B. Happy Pils. This was a light, bready pilsener with more malt depth than I expected, pairing grassy, snappy hops with sweet, bready malt and a hint of light fruit. It’s interesting that the previous reviewer mentions not picking up Saaz hops, as I didn’t pick up a significant contribution of this classic Pilsener standard, either. That’s not to say the hops weren’t used, but this was a bit unusual.
