Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at the BOB. Light golden body, thin/medium off-white head. Rather nondescript aroma and flavor of bitter, lightly citric hops, with a light toasty, biscuity malt body. Thin-bodied. Not a terrible beer, but certainly a hackneyed attempt. Still, it’s neat to have a microbrewery designed to serve a variety of restaurants and clientele in one building with local beers.
