Our take on the classic German hefeweizen uses the renowned Weihenstephan Weizen yeast. Our goal was to maximise ester production during fermentation, particularly the iconic isoamyl acetate/banana-like flavour. The result is a supremely quaffable take on the classic, with a heavy hit of banana along with a hint of bubblegum and clove.

440ml can. Slightly hazed orange gold with a very thin white head, bit of an atypical appearance for a hefeweizen. Aroma is, as they promised, very heavy on the yeast esters with massive foam banana and doughy malt. Taste is full on foam banana, doughy bready malt, wheat, light citrus, mild clove/pepper spiciness. Medium bodied.

Редкий случай когда пшеничка классическая такая хорошая сделанна крафтовиками. Прям и бананчик и пшеница сама ощущается, сладость цветочная. Хорошо.

Can from Great Grog. Almost clear golden body with a short/lived white head. Low carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of grass and white pepper. Flavour of grass and green banana. Medium body with a slick texture z. Soft fizz. A solid wheat beer.
