This one’s a real (hot) chip off the old block! Based on the very first beer we brewed, Under The Manhole Cover, this power-packed TIPA retains all we love about that; tropical citrus fruitiness from our house blend of hops, balancing a lovely dryish, bitter back bone - but with everything dialled up to 10! It’s one you’ll want to come back to over and over again…

Can. Just a mild haze on this rich colored good beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a sticky ripe sweetness. Marmalade hops with accompanying citric peel bitterness. Semi dry semi viscous finish brings a modest hop spice. Quite viscous and very west coast. In that context, about as good as you would expect.
