White Collar Pils is a light and refreshing interpretation of a German lager with a subtle bitterness. It is light-bodied with a pronounced bready character, perfectly balanced with refreshing floral and herbal notes. It is an ideal choice if you are looking for something drinkable but distinctive, perfect for the end of the workday or a relaxed social gathering.

On tap at Beerdello Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, herbal and light bready nose. Bready, herbal, light grainy and bit floral with bitterish finish. Easy-drinkable.

Tap at Beerdello apparently, where this escaped to somehow. Lightly hazy pale yellow-golden body, white head. Vaguely citric, herbal, even grape hoppy aroma, light grainy touch, simpler than the description might indicate. Soft, lean, light body, helping drinkability a heap. Slightly odd peanut corn flips/Smoki maltiness, soft light, mildly citric, herbal, nicely integrated hoppiness. This is a good one, a very serviceable pils, southern Bavarian in style (so not really a pils), with a slightly unusual malt profile.
