Bottle at the Sampler: pours brown with a small head. Aroma is berries and dark fruits and malts and stuff. Slightly sweet. Low hops. Pretty smooth for large size.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear dark orangey brown with full head. Aromas of candi sugar, raisins, sweet malts and a little spice. Flavors of follow same with additional green oak and brown sugar. A little light but still a very good Belgian Quad. Yummy.

Opalescent reddish-brown colour, minimal creamy beige-ish head; aroma of dried figs and plum soaked into rum, burnt plum jam, hints of vanilla and oak smoke; taste is the same with some chocolate, biscuit and spicy alcohol; a bit too intensive carbonation; not fully harmonic, maybe some aging would change it into a great quadrupel

Marrón oscura, madera. Espuma beige que desaparece enseguida dejando película. Aroma tostado, madera, licor. El sabor es estupendo, rico caramelo, notas de café. Cuerpo estupendo, textura suave. Alcohol muy disimulado, se bebe facil. Final más licórico, y calor en el postgusto.

Donkerbruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak is zoet en krachtig met iets van zoete pruimen, toffee en karamel. Erg goed.
