In this hazy and juicy Pale Ale, we used plenty of Citra in different formats to really showcase what this wonderful hop is all about. We used whole cone and YCH DynaBoost hot side before drop hopping with Haas Citra LUPOMAX for an intense Citra hit. Expect plenty of citrus fruit with a tempered bitterness - just enough to bring you back for another sip!

Cask at Shirkers Rwst, New Croaa. An opaque gols. Frothy foamy white head..Not at all hazy. Aroma is sweet and sugary with a citrus sour streak. Underlying chewy malts. The flavour is pretty much the same as the aroma. Sweet and chewy with only hints of citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking if overly sweet for me.
