Our take on a rice lager, brewed with flaked rice and Mochi cakes in the mash. Crisp and clean with just a touch of lingering sweetness balanced by Motueka hops for a hint of lemon-lime citrus.

Brewery draught, 7/13/25.
Mostly clear, pale-rose-tinted-white gold. Small, white head.
Earthy, almost funky, or pastry-like nose is hard to make sense of, but it's not off-putting or flawed. Just has mochi in it. Some sweet rice, bit of nuttiness and other grains on the finish.
Soft and sweet, though not overly so, with pastry character, or maybe bready character, more accurately. Some interesting funky notes (funky as in interesting, not wild yeast). Weird, but fine and pretty well-balanced and attenuated.
