Brewery draught, 7/13/25.
Moderately hazy, tan-brass-golden. Firm, off-white head.
As an IPA, there's not much IPA here, but as a ginger-lemograss beer, it's done really nicely. Nice and bold, but not cheap or fake, not quite overdone either. Their beers seem to have a good maltiness and good dryness, so they seem to be brewing well. They also seem to love adjunct beers, which is fine, but I'd like to see a few more non-adjunct beers available, too. Has light bitterness from the hops on the finish, but is by and large a spiced beer.
