Weird tan lines, sand in awkward places, and slightly embarrassing dance-offs. Yes, it's our favourite time of year: it's summertime, and this is the beer for it.
That's right! Ginger and lemon got together at a pool party and said, "we should totally start a band." Next thing you know, you have this classic American wheat ale with a sun-kissed zing.
So here's to sunshine, laughter, and a beer that knows how to have fun.
This beer is meant to be a perfect refresher on a hot day, with a clean fermentation profile, low ABV, the bright twang of lemon, and the florality and mildly spicy zip of fresh ginger. We've dialed back the acidity on this batch for maximum drinkability.

Hay malt with fairly strong ginger that comes up quickly, mild lemon undertones. Pretty tasty, though the ginger is a little on the heavy side.

Can from the LCBO. Clear pale gold with a two finger white head that fades to a sheet leaving spotty lace. Nose is lemon zest, ginger, lavender and grains. Light lemon tartness at the fore leading into a light grassy bitterness and ginger through the finish. Mouth is slightly thin and sticky with soft carbonation and a crisp finish. Refreshing.
