Pop a couple of cans of Paddington Marmalade IPA under your hat and get ready for a journey through old-school bitterness, jammy-citrus from the English hops and a touch of toffee-sweet malt from the English Crystal. This traditional English-style IPA will have you stopping at all stations of big bear (ahem, beer) flavour.
The English hops, Admiral and First Gold, are well known for their orange-citrus character, whereas the Golding and Target counter this with sweet floral and spice. We also slipped in a touch of Mandarina Bavaria, which lives up to its name, and a dash of sweet orange peel to shore up the Olde English Marmalade theme. But really it’s the English hops that are the star of this show.

Can. Clear amber with an off white head. Slightly spiced citrus aroma with breadcrust. Sweet breadcrust balance by firm bitterness with plenty of citrus (although personally I like marmalade sour). Nice, if straightforward.
