Back in 1925, fourteen bison from Yellowstone surely didn’t realize they’d be relocated to Catalina Island and featured in a Hollywood Film. Back in 2005, West Coast IPA pioneers wouldn’t have expected future brewers to add fruit forward yeast and tropical hops to their beloved creation. Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Draught @ the Westwood NJ taproom (May 2025). Clear golden with a small frothy off-white head, faint orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste with lightly piney flavor, smooth body, long bitterish finish. Nice WC IPA>
