Sample at the 6th Annual Craft Beer Festival by The Community Tap on 04/21/2018. Hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, fruit, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, brett, lemon and malt. The finish is oaky and funky with a lemony aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Bottle. Hazy golden body. Fizzy white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of brett, grapes, basement mustiness, oak. funk. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Taste of toasted grain, fruit, wood, brett, brand-aid. Tart finish. More carbonation would have helped this. Still, overall solid. A beer that grows on you with each sip.

Bottle - Funk and stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funk and some sweet apricot and fruity notes. Nice nose, but flavors are a bit boring.

Cloudy, light tan, no head. There's a lot of sweet vinous notes, with just a touch of brett. On the palate, it really does come across flat, with flavours that haven't quite developed. The wine character is dominant, and it's a bit alcoholic. This isn't really to their normal standards.

Bottle. Dank basement, herbal lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with no head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, mildly sour Brett, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body and balance. Pleasant.
