750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, funk, pineapple hints. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, fleshy, core, with pineapple & honey notes, some funk and mellow drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry lightly acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
