16 oz from the BA Extreme Beer Box. Aroma has notes of coffee, vanilla, nuts (not mine). Pours hazy golden with a one finger off-white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet and roasty with flavors of coffee, nuts, caramel. I guess that's cheesecake in here, although I wouldn't think that if I didn't see the label. Any sense of this originally being a pilsner is buried under the adjuncts, but there is a faint sense of hop bitterness. Perfectly carbonated velvety mouthfeel. Super creative and super delicious.
