For the thirteenth installment, we’ve composed a union of barrel-aged Arthur and Sankt Hans, each having rested for 15 months in oak. The beer was then conditioned on plums and raspberries grown at nearby Elmore Roots. The result is a vivid expression of season and soil, a confluence of brightness and depth, fruit and fermentation.

Interesting brew, nice citric tartness, some earthy plum, citrus peel, sturdy acidic bite, low funk. Some grass and botanical notes. Quite clean and fairly dry to finish, tart, citric, lightly salty, some lime peel.
