Can from Explosivedog: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is rye, spice, loads of maltiness. Taste is spicy, sort of bitter, hefty malt backbone.

Can pour into pub glass shared by AirForceHops (thanks, Chris!). Appearance is deeply hazy light brown with tons of effervescent sparkle, finger-width off-white head with nice retention and great lacing. Aroma is rye. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, one dimensional. I’m usually a big fan of rye but as a complement to something else. Fair.

16 oz can. Aroma of rye grain, weak citrus. The flavor is mild rye, light citrus, slight earthy. Not totally bland but could use another element.
