Canned, courtesy of and shared with Mansquito. Cloudy orange, white head. Malty, citrus, rye, bit spicy, bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Can from Explosivedog: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is rye, spice, loads of maltiness. Taste is spicy, sort of bitter, hefty malt backbone.

Can. Pours copper. Grapefruit, pepper, biscuit, orange zest, caramel, pear, bitter pithy citrus notes. Medium body. Decent.

Can pour into pub glass shared by AirForceHops (thanks, Chris!). Appearance is deeply hazy light brown with tons of effervescent sparkle, finger-width off-white head with nice retention and great lacing. Aroma is rye. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, one dimensional. I’m usually a big fan of rye but as a complement to something else. Fair.

16 oz can. Aroma of rye grain, weak citrus. The flavor is mild rye, light citrus, slight earthy. Not totally bland but could use another element.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color sheets of white lace. Spiced bread aroma. Taste is big spice peppery bread.
