We took a wild ride into the world of New Zealand hops and stumbled upon the brilliantly named Dr. Rudi. What started out as a bit of a joke turned into a full-blown recipe during testing.
We crafted a NEIPA that lets New World hops show a different side: Rakau highlights mango and banana from its usual tropical profile, while Dr. Rudi brings citrus with a touch of grassy bitterness on the finish.
As for the 7% ABV... we hid it well. You probably won’t notice it until the third can — right when the doctor finally kicks in.
Keep it cold and drink it fresh — that’s how it’s meant to be enjoyed.
