In this creation, we’ve joined forces with Lallemand Brewing to explore the potential of their innovative Lalbrew Aurora™ yeast, specifically designed to define a new beer style: the Northern IPA.
Nanook is an IPA fermented at 15°C which, thanks to this unique yeast, has a clean yet noticeable expressiveness, perfectly complemented by an aromatic storm of Mosaic hops.
Prepare to discover intense notes of red berries, the juiciness of stone fruit, and vibrant tropical hints, like in a NEIPA, but all with a brilliant clarity and a dry, refreshing finish like a West Coast IPA with superb drinkability.
A hoppy howl from the frozen north!
