A West Coast with a little haze and a lot of hustle. Hop Boxing lands clean, bright blows of Simcoe, Cascade, and Nectaron. Think citrus zest, soft pine, and tropical hits with a peachy finish. It’s unfiltered but focused: snappy bitterness, dry finish, and just enough haze to keep things interesting. No haze parade here, just a West Coast IPA that punches above its weight.

On tap at CHoP Oakland.
Aroma is hop forward and fairly fruity with nice stone fruit and citrus notes along with some classic dankness. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a small, white, thick head that recedes steadily to the edges and disappears. Moderate lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of stone fruit and tropical fruit with lighter citrus notes and a bit of pine resin.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA with a nice balance of fruity and dank hop notes. Balanced bitterness and alcohol notes. Easy drinking and crisp.
