Dry Hopped Chateau Margaux White BA.
This is the first time we’ve dry-hopped a beer that has been barrel-aged. New Zealand Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin add notes os stone fruit and white grapes to this blonde that has already enjoyed the company of a white wine barrel. Ooh lala!

The brethren provideth. Opaque gold. Foamy white head doesn't quite provide full coverage. Aroma is malty, yeasty. Vinous edge is smooth. Tangy. The NZ hops shine through, alongside the barrel. Tangy and fruity and vinous. Herbs and spice. Underlying fruity sweetness and malts. Light. Thin. Bouyed by soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Pleasent east drinking with a bite.
