Light, crisp and clean is the name of the game with this style. Our take on this relatively new style is made with 100% floor malted pilsner malt and is cold-dryhopped with Hallertau Blanc for a delicate and subtle wine-like character. This beer is unfiltered, and slightly softer in mouthfeel than a traditional Czech pils, but still super easy drinking and balanced. Saluti!
