In our new batch of Chaliera, we decided to go a little different way and load our usual Single Hop IPA with a combination of hops - our beloved Simcoe and the new, wild and unusual Elani. They brought flavors of juicy pine in a wet forest, tart red grapefruit and aromatic pineapple leaves to our classic West Coast IPA. Cheers!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7
Tap. Golden, slightly hazy, white foam. Aroma: pomelo, a little tropical fruit, something else, herbs. Similar taste, tropical fruit, pomelo, herbs, pine needles, not bad.
