Bottle. Clerish golden color white ice cream cone head. Aroma of tannins, overripe stonefruit, dust, white pepper. Taste is softly sour vinous rotten fruit (in a good way). Very tasty.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, funky yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky brett, grapefruit and malt. The finish is funky with citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
