A more traditional style English IPA. A bit smokey and bitter with a little of the English hop character from Golding hops. Nothing fancy here, just a great IPA for an average bloke. Gluten Reduced.

Clear, bright bronze-brass. Small, fairly thick, off-white head.
Smokey nose. Not sure if this should be classified as an IPA or a Smoked. Fruity and malty, clean, with assertive acidity from woody hop.
Malty and smokey with a great texture and comforting softness. Moderately sweet, but well-attenuated, balancing the hoppiness and smokiness. Not insanely smokey, not salty or bacony. Heavy woody hop and good bitterness leaving a balanced finish.
