A focus on New Hampshire Gold, Monti's Maple Syrup. A great dry woody maple finish you can only get by boiling sap long and hot in this well balanced Belgian Farmhouse Ale. Gluten Reduced

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Deep golden with light amber. Clear, with a small, off-white head.
A bit of earth and sweetness in the nose but not really much in the way of Belgian qualities, at all. Maybe a touch vegetal and a hint of clove at points?
Same in the flavor. Really not much other than vague maltiness adding white bread and light caramel. Vegetal, a hint of spice and more sweetness that is probably the maple, on the finish.
