500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, funk, leather, straw. Taste is tartness, tangy, appley, fleshy, fruity, with some funk and sharp acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.
