On tap at the brewpub, muddy dark brown / black with a ring of grey head. Nose has caramel, light smoke, toffee, roast, licorice. Flavor is malty, roasted grain, toast, some cocoa. Dry finish. Solid.

Draft at the source. Hazy dark brown color tan head. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Taste is cocoa brownies, dryish finish.
