Can’t Be Mine is a a double dry-hopped DIPA bursting with saturated tropical fruit character. Brewed with @stonepathmalt Pils and @nekgrains flaked wheat and dry hopped with Galaxy and Eldorado, this beer is juicy with candy-like pineapple notes leading the charge. Zesty passionfruit to follow, and a sticky-sweet resinous finish that balances its lush, full body with a pleasant bite.

A4 draught, 7/22/25.
Moderately hazy, deep brass with copper tints. Minimal, white head.
Crushed pineapple and tangerine with a hint of fruity coconut. Light citrus, white bread malts and lingering mango-guava. Low acidity, no resin or alcohol noted.
Very dry and crackery, with a light body for its size. Tangerine-pineapple-guava. Juicy and with gentle but ample acidity, given the low maltiness. No resin or weirdness. Wouldn't hate a bit more malt but this is a refreshing change of pace.
