On tap @King Arthur (Rome). Gialla torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca abbondante. Al naso frullatino di banana, pesca, leggero mais. In bocca è dolce, frullato di frutta, leggero amaro finale (ma proprio una punta). Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Una weisse.

From bottle. Beer is a loaded gold, with abundant white foam. Body is light, typical of weizen. Aroma had some banana, and spicy. Taste has less sweetness than average weizen, but significantly more spices. Maybe also some bitterness. Palate has more spiciness, and some sparkleness. Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.
