A collaboration with our friends at Gemūt Biergarten. We took premium quality Franco-Belgian pilsner malt and classic Strisselspalt and Saaz hops to create this refreshing pils that would make Charlemagne proud and everyone on the other side of the upper Rhine green with envy.
This golden potion is positively bursting with honey-like floral hop character and smooth sweet malt, with a crisp and clean finish perfect for ringing in the summer.

Sample at Derive. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium bright white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of grassy hop, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy and fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
