Bottle with a prominent picture of Evan’s face. Pours with a hazed bronze, to deep brown hued body with an off white head. Retentive. Aromas are of gingerbread, allspice, isoamyl acetate, cider, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, leather and dried apricots. Mild brown sugar. Calvados. Flavors are nutty, malty, toasty, gingerbread, allspice, cake like, medium cider, light sulfur. Brown sugar, light leather, medium strong esters. Nicely warming, rounded spice and fresh baked bread. Nicely drinkable, medium spice, light malic acidity, dry, warming, with medium carbonation.
