Dull and pale. A bit fizzy. But no head. The aroma has a bit of rhubarb and hints at a somewhat basic sour character. On the palate, it's pretty basic, some light rhubarb, and some almost balsamic type notes, that's a bit of slickness.

On tap at RidgeWood, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some earthy rhubarb, light berry fruitiness, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is tart, earthy and fruity, with lots of tart rhubarb berry pie and some subdued farmhouse character underneath. Decent expression of the rhubarb, but it's on the acid-tart side and doesn't have a great wild yeast expression. It's fine.

375 mL bottle poured, labeled as batch #2. Pours a juicy purple-ish orange color with no head that lasts. Aroma is pretty intense with the sour fruit. Grape. Cherry, and I suppose rhubarb would be my educated guess. Flavor is a big red grape up front. Acidic front. Rhubarb, a bit jammy in flavor, but thin. A ton of oak character here. Slightest wine notes there too to tie this all together. Sharp sour bite to this one, which I personally enjoy. Another solid sour from these guys. I'm a little surprised these guys aren't more widely known for these sours.

On tap at Elizabeth Station on Stone 20th Anniversary event. Pours a hazy rose-ish golden with a small white head. Aroma is fermented berries and some tea notes, with some slight sweetness, pleasant. Taste is less complex, tart and dry. Very dry fermented berries aftertaste. Interesting.
