Inviting pale copper, thick off-white head. Goblet pour at North Park, the newer place.
Fruity, apple forward, dry citrus peel, semi-sweet more so than off-dry. A touch of cotton candy, sour hops, then some salt. Finish is off-dry with a pleasant pithy essence.
Kinda good+.

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has doughy malt, with piney hops, bready notes, and a touch of hop tang. Flavour has a nice mix of woody piney hops, some white wine hop tang, and a crisp biscuity malt. Bright, tangy, and woody. Excellent.
