Amber, bright, no head. Soft body, low carbo, light vinous notes. Some acetic, it’s okay but more carbo and bugs would give it more complexity.

Shared with Josh during our trip to Festival of Dark Arts 2026.
Aroma: nice rustic and grapes notes.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: it's quite simple, not much of complexity here, but it is nicely done.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber with a small white head. Nose is very vinous, with lots of rosé-like notes, musty grape skins, plenty of bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very oaky, with lots of rosé-like wine notes, wild bugs, and woody oak. Wonderful incorporation of the grapes and very oaky. One of the best Pfriem beers I've had in some time.
