Evil One is our decadent oat stout brewed with a robust blend of English malts and a ton of malted and caramelized oats. This sessionable stout was hopped with Polish Lubelski hops and fermented with our house pub ale strain. Evil One was then infused with a massive amount of toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans.

16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, minimal head fades to flat. Aroma is toasted coconut followed by chocolate. Taste reveals a little vanilla, but the coconut dominates, edging out the chocolate. Minor bitterness. Seems much bigger than the 4.5%.

Canned 7/1/25, drunk 8/21/25.
Clear, dark. Small, light-tan head.
Not huge adjunct character with a fair bit of toast and roast. Mild vanilla but no excess sugar.
Tastes more marshmallow like with a good bit of roast. It's not thin, but the body is light. Even for 4.5%. kind of feel like Bizarre's other beers I've had were lower abv and had much more body. Not much adjunct, a bit too roasty. But clean, at least.

Can shared by Clark. Darker brown and foamy head. Nose vanilla and chocolate. Tastes much the same and some earth, and coconut, roasty. Thinner bodied.

On tap at Bizarre, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice hearty oatiness, light cocoa, a touch of coconut, and toasted malt. Flavour is robust, with hearty oats, very soft amounts of coconut, vanilla, and cocoa, and finishing fairly dry. Really nice low ABV, yet hearty, stout. Very good.
