750 ml bottle. Purchased at brewery in August of 2023. Bottled on April 7, 2022. Clear amber orange pour. Small creamy beige cap. Mild earthy, rustic malt aroma. Tangy, bready malt flavor upfront. Notes of sourdough bread crusts, lemon, mild funk. Medium bodied. Dry finish. Some herbal hops.
