2022. Medium amber, slight haze, with a medium head. Bretty, with some biscuity notes, with a fair bit of wood character. Soft body with low carbonation. Bretty and woody, some apple notes, apricot. The wood tannins and brett bring about dryness, though there is some residual sweetness and light esters.

Poured from 750mL bottle (conditioned since April 7, 2022). Chill hazed dull amber gold with small white head. Nice funk on the nose, oak and brett underlay, decent.

2022 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of funky brett, plenty of oak, and toasted bready malt. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with lots of buggy brett, plenty of oak, rustic notes, and toasted bready malt. Really fantastic yeast expression and the oak really propels this. Excellent.
